Recently Annabelle has not been hungry at the dinner table. We have decided that she is filling up on juice before dinner and not eating. Juice is full of sugar, she is now only to have 2 cups of juice a day. We also let her have some say in what we have for dinner. The decision gets her excited to eat, it also shows her how to make healthy eating choices.
